Student veteran leaders that have created a student veteran organization may affiliate with Student Veterans of America (SVA). Affiliation with SVA allows you to network with fellow chapter leaders, apply for chapter grants, and attend leadership programs. All programs and services provided by SVA are free to chapters since SVA does not charge chapter membership dues.

If you do not have an SVA chapter on your campus, you can learn how to start an organization here. Once you are registered, your chapter can take advantage of all our programs and services.

If your group is, or has already been an official SVA chapter, your chapter's previous leadership team should have your login information. If this is your case, please do not re-apply. If you cannot recover your old login information or password, please submit a contact form so an SVA team member may assist you.

To apply, please provide the information below, and click "Submit". An SVA team member will then review your application, follow up with any questions, and approve. You should expect to recieve confirmation or any follow up questions within five business days or less.

I attest that my organization is officially recognized as a student organization at an institution of higher education.
I affirm that my organization has a governing document (i.e. constitution, bylaws, charter, etc.) that establishes how our group will operate.
I understand that as a chapter we are an autonomous organization affiliated with Student Veterans of America. I understand that our organization falls under the policies of our institution of higher learning.
I attest that my organization’s primary mission is aimed at the general welfare of student veterans who are enrolled or intend on enrolling at an institution of higher education.
I give authority to SVA to verify my organization’s eligibility for chapter affiliation.
I understand that SVA reserves the right to revoke chapter membership at anytime. I also understand that my organization may remove our affiliation with SVA at anytime.
