Scholarships

Apply for open scholarships from SVA’s Partners. These are distributed to top student veterans in a manner that does not interfere with the G.I. Bill or other financial aid and total over $100,000 annually.

John Edelman Scholars Scholarship

APPLICATION OPEN 2/10/2025-4/07/2025

The John Edelman Scholars program offers five $10,000 scholarships to students studying degrees toward a career in mental health counseling.

Northrop Grumman Foundation and SVA award five $2,000 scholarships annually to undergraduate student veterans in a STEM major.

RTX Patriot Scholarship

Student Veterans of America and RTX have partnered to provide two $10,000 scholarships to student veterans demonstrating a commitment to and passion for their chosen field of study, as well as demonstrated leadership and engagement within their community.
