Board of Directors - Board Member
FRANK GAUDIO is a member of the Board of Directors, a Trustee, and the Veterans Liaison for the PwC Charitable Foundation. He oversees the Foundation’s Veterans Initiative and is integrally involved in the Foundation’s overall charitable functions. He is also part of the Department of Defense Senior Leadership Engagement Program and a member of the Leadership Cabinet and the Development Committee for the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation.
Frank is also the former U.S. Deputy Tax Leader for PwC. As such, Frank led all U.S. Markets and Operations as well as the Global Strategic Projects for the Tax Business. In addition, as a member of the Tax Core Leadership and the Firm’s Extended U.S. and Global Leadership teams for more than 12 years, he was instrumental to the Firm’s U.S. and Global strategy. He served as Senior Relationship Partner to several of the firm’s largest clients and coordinated global services in all parts of the world, providing seamless delivery and relationship management. Frank was a member of the Firm’s Board of Partners from 1994-1997. He was the Partner in Charge of the U.S. International Tax practice for 5 years and the Central Region for 5 years prior to his U.S. Deputy Tax Leader role.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago Kent College of Law, his Master’s Degree of Law in Taxation from John Marshall Law School, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Illinois CPA Society. His background also includes a University of Chicago teaching position and membership on the University of Chicago Federal Tax Conference Committee.
Additionally, Frank provides ongoing Learning & Development and Strategy consultation to PwC.
