Open Positions:

Vice President of Development

  • SVA is seeking a highly motivated individual who believes in our mission and possesses the ability and skills to communicate this vision to an audience of current and potential donors. An expert communicator both written and verbal, the Vice President of Development will cultivate relationships to secure major gifts from corporate and foundation partners. They will bring a high level of positive energy, commitment to the mission of the organization, creativity, and a vision for the future of the team. SVA has a large and diverse group of donors who are very engaged; the vice president will lead a team of development professionals to deliver exceptional stewardship of our partners’ investments in us. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Programs and Development, this role is a trusted member of the SVA leadership and will help shape the bright future of our organization and those we serve.

Office Administrator

  • The Office Administrator is a vital member of the SVA team, responsible for managing the front office and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and callers. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, this position is responsible for answering phones, handling mail, scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The ideal candidate for this position is a friendly and professional individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail. This is an in-person position and not a remote role. It is not eligible for hybrid work. Hours are 9am to 5pm EST Monday, Tuesday,
    Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
