Dr. Charles Moore, D.Eng.
As an Associate Director for Raytheon Dr. Moore’s responsibilities include improving program performance for assigned programs and improving program predictability across the Raytheon Enterprise.
Dr. Charles Moore, D.Eng. is an Associate Director for Raytheon and works across the Raytheon enterprise for Enterprise Program Performance. His responsibilities include improving program performance for assigned programs and improving program predictability across the Raytheon Enterprise. Charles also serves as the Global Chair for RTXVETS, Raytheon’s Armed Services Community ERG. His responsibilities reporting to corporate include establishing and directing the vision and mission, leading a global team of senior leaders as well as leading 3 strategic business unit boards.
Dr. Moore joined Raytheon after retiring from the Army in 2015 and has supported Raytheon businesses though international and domestic efforts. Charles has had increasing roles and responsibilities through Raytheon with a background leading international programs, business critical projects, Huntsville Site lead, Chief of staff, program and engineering leadership, and electrical and engineering maintenance.
Charles is married to Amber Moore and has six children from two to 18 years old. Their oldest daughter is currently studying Electrical Engineering at Auburn. Charles and Amber also owner multiple businesses across the Huntsville community focused on connecting people, leadership, and management. He currently serves on the Huntsville Committee of 100 and multiple philanthropic committees and chairs through the Huntsville community.
Dr. Moore holds a Doctor of Engineering from George Washington University, a Masters in Engineering Management from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelors degree in Engineering Management from American Military University.
