John Morris, BS
John Morris, a native of Saratoga Springs, New York, and a father of one is an Air Force veteran with a decade of service, including assignments in the United Kingdom, Washington State, and finally Taunton, Massachusetts. John completed two tours during Operation Iraqi Freedom during which he served as a member of Security Forces. After completing his military service in 2015, John embarked on his academic journey at Bristol Community College, majoring in Criminal Justice, followed by earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bay State College.
In 2021, John expanded his academic pursuits, studying Electrical Technology at Bristol and Information Technology at UMASS Boston. He graduated from Bristol in May 2023 with an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and General Studies, along with an A+ and Network+ certification. John has been actively involved in student leadership, serving as the Student Trustee and President of the Student Veterans of America at Bristol Community College and Chair of Policy and Parliamentarian for the Massachusetts student advisory council. John enjoys much of his free time aiding the community through joint efforts between SVA, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, and other various local groups.
