An Iowa native, Kassi joins SVA with nearly ten years of experience in higher education and eight in non-profit work. Her professional background includes serving in multifaceted roles in student involvement and undergraduate advising on campuses and in managing Chapter and Collegiate Services at national and international fraternity headquarters. She most recently served as the Director of Field Operations & Services at Delta Chi International Fraternity Headquarters.

Much of her career has been focused on developing content and curriculum for student education initiatives and leadership programs, executing chapter evaluation and improvement plans, and establishing and executing the strategic vision for chapter support models.

Ward previously attended Northwest Missouri State University, graduating with honors and undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Industrial & Organizational Psychology, as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. During her time at Northwest, she pursued her passions in student leadership development and social psychology while conducting research for the Department of Behavioral Sciences.

Kassi is an avid reader and hiker and a life-long fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.
