Wounded Warrior Project

Student Veterans of America is inviting you to a virtual training event with Wounded Warrior Project! This virtual training will be held on the 3rd and 17th of April as a “kickoff” and “debrief” of the course with a WWP trainer. Between these meetings you will go through the self-paced 90-minute module training.

The Wounded Warrior Project LivingWorks Start course will equip participants with tools to recognize when someone is in distress and connect them with support to keep them safe from suicide. The course outlines a four-step module that is an interactive online, self-paced program. Upon completion, each participant will gain access to suicide prevention agencies and other resources which are searchable by zip code.

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is a charity and veterans service organization that offers a variety of programs, services and events for wounded veterans of the military actions following September 11, 2001. It operates as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
