Chelsea Schroeder has worked in the Veteran non-profit space for over 4 years, where she has served as a Career Coach assisting Veterans and military spouses in finding meaningful employment. As a military spouse, she has a direct understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the community and is driven to ensure that her clients receive the support and resources they deserve.  She received her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction in 2018 and currently holds Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) Certifications.
