Student Veterans of America Honors 2024 President’s Volunteer Service Award Recipients for Commitment to Community Impact
Washington, D.C. (January 6, 2025) — Student Veterans of America (SVA) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2024 President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA)—a prestigious national recognition of individuals and chapters who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to volunteer service. This year, 19 individuals and 4 SVA chapters collectively contributed 6,527 hours of community service.
The PVSA is awarded by the President of the United States to honor those who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to volunteerism. Awards are given at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, based on the number of service hours completed within a 12-month period.
Sixteen individuals and four chapters were recognized at SVA’s 17th Annual National Conference. Additional honorees will receive their awards at designated chapter or SVA events.
