Student Veterans of America Opens Nominations for 2025 Honors Awards
WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 7, 2025) – Student Veterans of America (SVA) is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Honors Awards, which recognize exceptional student veterans, chapters, and advocates making a lasting impact in higher education, the veteran community, and beyond.
Each year, SVA’s Honors Awards highlight those who embody the organization’s mission to empower student veterans through connection, leadership, and opportunity. Award categories include Student Veteran of the Year, Chapter of the Year, and Chapter Advisor of the Year, all celebrating excellence in service, scholarship, and community engagement.

Nominations are open to all SVA chapters and members nationwide, and award recipients will be recognized at the 18th Annual National Conference (NatCon), held January 8–10, 2026, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Honors Awards nominations close Saturday, October 25, 2025.
