SVA Announces 2025 Regional Summits Nationwide to Empower Campus Leaders
WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 10, 2025) – Student Veterans of America (SVA) is excited to announce its 2025 Regional Summit series, set to take place this summer in five major cities. These events will bring together student veterans, chapter leaders, and campus advisors for three days of workshops, leadership development, and networking opportunities designed to help build and sustain world-class SVA chapters.
The Regional Summits will be held in:
Pittsburgh, PA (July 17–19)
Kansas City, MO (July 24-26)
Atlanta, GA (July 31–August 2)
Southern California (August 14–16)
Indianapolis, IN (August 21–23)

What to Expect at the 2025 Regional Summits:
Workshops focused on leadership, chapter development, and sustainability
Strategic planning sessions to define and strengthen chapter missions and goals
Training on campus engagement, recruiting, programming, and fundraising
Peer-led small group discussions to share best practices and challenges
Advisor-specific programming to support faculty and staff partners
Opportunities to connect with SVA partners and local community organizations
With more than 1,600 SVA chapters and nearly 600,000 student veterans in higher education, these Summits play a vital role in equipping tomorrow’s leaders with the skills and networks needed to thrive on campus and beyond.
